The food is really very good. But the service? I went to eat 3 times and didn't even get what I ordered. Today we ordered 3 woodcutter steaks with fries and got 3 fried potatoes. With such an easy order, I don't have much understanding anymore. Pity!

Unfortunately very inflexible in terms of time when picking up food. Apparently this is only possible with a 1/2 hour rhythm. And since one person delivers food and then only the cook is on site, not always every 1/2 hour ... a pity.

We ordered there for the first time today and have been really impressive. Top quality at a great price. Therefore 5 out of 5 stars. And mega cool 😎 that you offer a delivery service during that time. As soon as the lockdown is over, we will visit you in your restaurant. Kind regards Petra and Kim norman

Long waiting time for service to arrive. Strangely, what you ordered was unfortunately not delivered. Ordered food is usually not what is on the menu. Abet, great designed rooms.

Small, nicely furnished restaurant. Wide-ranging menu with roulades, roasts and burgers. Large drinks menu including homemade lemonade. Unfortunately, the service and the waiting times for the food left something to be desired.

We ate very well. Service was attentive and quick. The restaurant is tastefully decorated.

We were there for breakfast, which I can highly recommend it was more than rich and, above all, tasty

The food was just delicious and recommended. It's worth the drive there. The bacon hamburger tasted fantastic. A culinary delight that you simply have to eat, as does the housewife-style matjes.

Super delicious food! It happened quickly. And the location looks great. From the outside rather inconspicuous but really great inside!

Difficult ... actually ideal conditions for a top store because it is well located and brand new and tastefully decorated. What could be improved, however: The food: A rump steak, according to the menu, served in a cast-iron pan with fried potatoes and a wild herb salad. The steak was just as we ordered (medium and medium rare), but the fried potatoes were anything but fried and unfortunately cold. We communicated that to the service. We couldn't find any wild herbs in the salad on the plate (where was the pan ???)! All in all, the dish unfortunately did not live up to the expectations that the menu conveyed. Can you do better ...

Great food at fair prices! The service staff was very friendly and courteous, food and drinks were excellent! I can only recommend!!!!

Unfortunately, it takes an incredibly long time to eat, despite not being busy. After more than an hour there was a stand about what was going on with the food only on my part. Unfortunately, it was not possible to make a precise statement as to whether it would take 10, 15 or even 30 minutes. The strawberry lemonade, which consisted of water with a little syrup & a few strawberries + a lot of crushed ice, was also extremely disappointing, all for 5.90 euros. Extremely steep for a little tap water. It's a shame, in the beginning the quality was far better.

Thanks to a training course in Rotenburg an der Fulda, we were looking for a nice place to have dinner after work. We rode our bikes into the chic, historic old town center and struck gold in the middle of the market square. The restaurant zur alten Polsterei has a great ambience to sit inside as well as plenty of places outside on the market square, where you have a good chance of a great place even without prior reservation. This is exactly where we spent the late summer evening. The service was very courteous and quick! The food (cheeseburger) was delicious and the junior portion was plentiful for me. When it started to get dark, lamps were distributed on the tables - simply beautiful !!!! We can recommend the restaurant unreservedly 👌

So in the evening you can forget it. The waiting time is outrageously long and the quality of the food is no more than okay. Again at noon it looks different. Therefore 4 stars for lunch and 0 stars for evening.

My wife went there for breakfast and sat outside in Rotenburg's picturesque market square. We had a breakfast platter for two. This was really rich and varied. The price-performance ratio is absolutely right. The service was very courteous and polite. We will be back definitely.

unfortunately the food took a good hour, salad, beef and shrimp. Neighbors waited even longer ... portion was very, very small! For the price! FLECK on the piece of bread - I don't like that at all, because it raises the question in me: does it come from another plate ??? Adhesive stains on the table, no ashtray, no salt / pepper! then I found my butts under the sole of the shoe and lay on the edge. It felt like: we're going to play restaurant ... Too bad the service was nice, but everything was very tedious, too expensive for the service
